Our soul is a part of divine power but we are separated from him. We all should try to realize our true identity.

The life cycle in this world is “childhood-> student age->college->marriage->family->and finally we become aged and will be ready to say bye to this world”. We all are so much busy in this cycle that we don’t even think once that what our main purpose for coming in this life is. What is our aim for taking birth? Why we are so special than other creatures?

Our main aim for coming in this world is only to go back and become one with the divine power again. Only then we can achieve peace in our mind and heart. Only then we can get satisfaction. By practicing Meditation every day we can get rid of lot of health problem and can gain stress free life.

We have to start by taking a few slow and deep breath with a feeling that peace and silence in each breath and then exhaling stress, tension worry and irritation.While concentrating within us no thought should come in our mind. If some thoughts are coming we should try to concentrate back towards our inner soul back. Practice this every day and you will feel the calmness and satisfaction within yourself.
