- Sit comfortably with your spine straight and considerably erect.
- Allow your eyes to rest comfortably downward, gazing softly, while practicing this do not focus or concentrate on anything.
- Without closing your eyes completely, let your eyelids drop to a level that feels most comfortable.
- Simply notice your breathing going more rhythmic while gazing downward.
