Insomnia Herbal Home Remedies

The home based herbal remedies and food therapy that are advised in Insomnia Herbal Remedy are-

    1. Powder of Indian pennywort (Centella), Emblic Myrobalans (Phyllanthus Emilica) and Bengal Quince (Aegle Marmelos) mixed in equal quantity and taken in doses of 1 teaspoonful 3 times daily with honey.
    2. Taking paste of Emblic Myrobalans (Amla) regularly while going to bend helps to cure sleeplessness.
    3. Take hot water in a vessel and place both the feet in it. Place the wet towel (immersed in cold water) on the forehead, and stay for 10-15 minutes before going to bed. This not only cures sleeplessness but is also effective for mental, eyes and heart problems.
