You can relax and heal the body mind and soul by practicing the healing meditation techniques.

  • Just Sit in a comfortable position.
  • Strengthen your imagination and imagine that your body is slowly filling with light, and that light has started moving from your feet to the rest of the body. Imagine the movement of light to the upper body.

  • As soon as the light is moving up your body start imagining that the light is relaxing the muscles and affecting the condition of your mind.

  • Now imagine that those areas of disease, sufferings or pain in your body are surrounded by a dark shadow which represents the unhealthy portion or the affected areas.

  • Keep on feeling the movement of light upwards until your entire body is filled with light and every muscle of your body is relaxed.

  • Now feel that the light of your body is radiating the light out from your eyes, and assume that the light is shining in the same way as a torch is shinning out from your eyes.

  • Feel that you are sending extra light to those affected portions of the body that has pain or discomfort.

  • Imagine that the diseased or painful areas have dark shadows surrounding it.

  • And start feeling that this healing light is returning me to the state of healthy body and vitality.

  • Now the perfect healthy body is available to you.
